Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
- First put all the veggies in a pressure cooker and add 1/2 cup water and add 1 tsp bhaji masala and little salt and mix well. After first whistle slow down the flame and then cook it for 10 minutes.
- Now take pan add oil/butter and heat it. Now add onions and ginger garlic paste saute it for 2 minutes and tomatoes then add capsicum and saute it for another 2 minutes.
- Now add salt, and all spices, bhaji masala and mix well. After cool down the pressure cooker, mash the veggies with the help of masher.
- Now add these veggies in to the pan and mix everything nicely. Add little water if gravy is thick. Now add lemon juice, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Now for masala Pav, take a pav slit it from the sides and take a tawa add butter, Now toast the pav from both sides till little golden crisp.
- Now for serving:- Heat the bhaji and serve in a plate with adding butter on it. and serve hot with onion rings and cucumber.
