- Take as needed Lukewarm water
Instructions to make Mexican Enchilada:
- Put wok on fire add some oil in it.let it heat. Add garlic stir it regularly.Now add onions, tomatoes along with tomato puree. Mix it well.Don't overcook.then add seasoning,salt,cumin powder n chilli flakes.stir it for a while.sauce is ready.
- Stuffing:-Turn on the flame put some oil in wok n add garlic in it when garlic become pink then add onion into it. Roast it well.
- After that add one by one all the veggies. Mix it well. Don't over cook. Now add salt,seasoning, cumin powder n chilli flakes into it.Stir gradually n then turn off the flame.
- Tortillas:- make a dough rest it for one hour after that make tortillas like roti but little roast from both the sides.
- All the tortillas are sttufed with veggies n cheese.Roll it n put it into the baking tray.In the baking tray, first spread the sauce then put all the enchiladas again repeat the sauce layer over it.spread lots of cheese n to enhance the taste n color add some olives. Bake it at180 degree C for 20 minutes. Enchiladas are ready to eat
