  5. remove plastic and place bowl in a saucepan with boiling water. steam at low heat, without cover for 1 &1/2 hours or until done. water must be kept boiling and more water should be added as it evaporates.
  6. cut into wedges and serve with stew.

  8. YOU CAN ADD 250ML CANNED MIXED VEGETABLES TO DOUGH AND KNEAD IN GENTLY. IT BECOMES SO COLOURFUL
