  1. Prepare 1 box macaroni shells
  2. Prepare 1 lb ground beef
  3. Get 1/2 onion; diced
  4. Make ready 2 tsp garlic; minced

  6. Get 8 oz cream cheese
  7. Make ready 2 cups milk
  8. Take 1/2 cup sour cream
  9. Prepare 1 envelope taco seasoning

Instructions to make Taco Mac n' Cheese:
  1. Boil & drain noodles, set aside.
  2. Cook ground beef with onion, drain grease. Add minced garlic & cook for 5 more mins. Then add taco seasoning & salsa, cook for a couple more mins. Set aside.
  3. In seperate sauce pan add milk, cream cheese & sour cream, cook til cream cheese melts & whisk until smooth. Then add fiesta blend shredded cheese, whisk til that melts.
  4. Now combine noodles, hamburger mix, & cheese mixture, stir until everything is mixed together evenly. Sprinkle with some more cheese if you like & place in oven at 350° for 5-10 mins or until cheese melts on top. Serve & enjoy!
