  1. Rinse the cucumber. Then peel and finely chop it. You can also grate cucumber.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the curd (yogurt) until smooth.
  3. Add all the spices, salt as needed mix well.
  4. Add the chopped cucumber to the curd.
  5. Combine well garnish with coriander leaves and serve. - (You can garnish it with some mint leaves.)
