Steps to make Ice cream cake:
  1. Mix flour soda and baking powder, cocoa powder and sieve them 2 to 3time
  2. In a mixer jar add sugar, vanilla essence, vinegar, oil, coffee powder, water and mix them.
  3. Then mix this mixture with flour and mix it well
  4. And then bake it in pre heated microwave at 180° for 30 to 35 minutes. Then check it with the help of a toothpick or knife. If it comes clear then cake is ready
  5. Let it cool, cut it in very thin big slices
  6. Take one serving bowl and place some cake slices in a way it covers the bottom and sides of the bowl making a hollow semi sphere. Then add ice cream and choco chips in the middle till the top of the bowl. Then cover the top with another layer of cake.
  7. Finally, cover the bowl with clear foil/aluminum foil and keep in the freezer to set. - Now, to make ganash, melt dark chocolate and mix with 2-3 spoons of oil.
  8. After 2 hrs. Take out the cake in the serving tray and pour ganash while serving. Decorate with some chopped almonds and cashews.
  9. The ice cream cake is ready to be served.
