- Add coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,kashmiri lal mirch,biryani masala,salt and cook until it starts leaving oil
- Now add potatoes,cauliflower,carrots,green peas then let them cook in it.also add curd and cook on low flame until combined..
- Add paneer and mix well.take a mixture grinder add mint,coriander leaves and green chilies..blend and make a smooth paste..then add paste and water…cover and cook for 2 min
- Start layering by rice spread desi ghee coriander leaves crush birista…put the rest of the rice 2nd layer put coriander leaves spread ghee fried onion and saffron soaked milk cover with a lid..seal it with dough.cook for 5 min
- Put a tawa to avoid direct heat cook for 10 min..cut the dough in center…
