- Boil colocasia in a pressure cooker - Peel and Mash when it’s cooled down.
- Add ginger- green chillies paate, coriander sprigs, salt, cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, carom seeds and rice flour and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into tikkis.
- Coat them with bread crumbs and keep in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa. Place tikkis on it and shallow-fry till golden brown from both the sides.
